LightMAT 2019 - Registration and Cancellation Conditions

Registration information

With the submission of an abstract and the receipt acknowledgement by the conference office, speakers will be pre-registered for the conference. After the submission deadline, abstracts will be evaluated and confirmed by April 2019.

After the confirmation, each speaker will receive an invoice that must be settled within two weeks after receipt, otherwise abstracts may not be considered in the programme.

The congress fees include the scientific conference program as well as coffee during the official breaks, lunch on conference days and the conference dinner.

Upon registration delegates and authors agree to be published in the online "List of Participants".

 

Cancellation fees

From April 1st, 2019 cancellation will be subject to a 50 EUR cancellation fee.

From July 1th, 2019 25% of the congress fee will be charged for cancellation of a presentation that was submitted as lecture and accepted as lecture.

From September 1st, 2019 authors will be charged the full participation fee in the case of cancellation. However, speaker substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time

From October 1st, 2019 the full congress fee will be charged to all participants in the case of cancellation. However, substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time.
